About Rose Engineering and Research, Inc. is a woman-owned, small-business, high-technology corporation, incorporated in the State of Nevada in June, 1976. The company provides expertise in research, design and development of aeronautical components, advanced instrumentation systems, and aircraft modifications. The general goals of these efforts are met through the use of a proper balance of experimental and computational methods. Dr. William C. Rose, President, has had over thirty years of experience in this area. Ms. Helen C. Coughlin is the Chairman of the Board and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Other employees and consultants are on the company staff. The company possesses advanced capabilities in both advanced experimental and computational areas of aerodynamics, fluid dynamics, turbulence and heat transfer.
