Ms. Coughlin is currently Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board of Rose Engineering & Research, Inc., a small-business, woman-owned corporation engaged in consulting and research efforts in the areas of experimental and computational aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer and energy systems. She has been with the company for fifteen years.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Ms. Coughlin has had sixteen years of experience in accounting and business administration. She had developed and implemented computerized accounting systems for several businesses utilizing various accounting software packages in conjunction with customized spreadsheet applications. She has been responsible for payroll and related reporting and audits, accounts payable and cash management, job cost estimating and tracking, customer billings, and tax and financial statement preparation.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Ms. Coughlin’s contract accounting procedures have been subject to DCAA audit and found to be acceptable.
